2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
- Website means the online store operated at formaatelier.net.
- Seller, we, our, or us refers to Forma Atelier Sp. z o.o.
- Customer means any individual or legal entity purchasing products through the Website.
- Consumer means a natural person entitled to consumer protection under applicable law.
3. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years of age;
- you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
- all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
We reserve the right to refuse service where fraudulent activity or misuse of the Website is suspected.
4. Products
Forma Atelier offers handcrafted home décor, including designer decorative boxes and sculptural vases.
Because every product is individually handmade, slight variations in colour, dimensions, texture, wood grain, finish, or other natural characteristics may occur.
These differences are an inherent feature of handcrafted products and do not constitute defects.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to present products accurately, actual colours and appearance may vary depending on individual screen settings.
5. Prices
All prices displayed on the Website:
- include applicable VAT;
- are shown in the selected currency;
- exclude shipping charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices before an order has been accepted.
6. Payment
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.
Available payment methods may include:
- Visa;
- Mastercard;
- Apple Pay;
- Google Pay;
- any additional payment methods made available through Shopify Payments.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorisation.
7. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
A binding sales contract is formed only after Forma Atelier sends an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including but not limited to cases involving:
- obvious pricing errors;
- product unavailability;
- suspected fraud;
- legal or regulatory requirements.
If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.
8. Shipping
Shipping is available to countries within the European Union and to Ukraine.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
9. Returns and Refunds
Customers have statutory rights regarding withdrawal, returns, replacements, and refunds.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
Consumers residing in another Member State of the European Union continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their country of residence.
Where possible, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before initiating formal legal proceedings.
